Philip Head, Vice President, Sales
A financial services professional, with a strong track record of building and managing sales efforts at customer service-oriented companies, Philip Head joined Ready Funds in 2006.
With over 15 years of experience in building sales organizations, developing staff training and motivational programs and creating innovative sales programs that produce results, Philip is committed to ensuring that Ready Funds provides state of the art products and services to its diverse clientele.
In three years at Office Max, Philip was instrumental in refocusing sales efforts, driving sales through organizational and staff capabilities. Prior to becoming Ready Funds’ top executive, he was Call Center Director at Electronic Merchant Systems, developing and implementing client service best practices that not only generated bottom line improvements but enhanced overall customer satisfaction. A recent entrepreneur successfully running his own lead generation and sales operation, Philip Head is in a unique position to provide the leadership that customer-focused Ready Funds demands.
Elli Strauss, Marketing Director
Elli Strauss has recently taken on the tasks of defining and implementing marketing strategy for Ready Funds. She has been helping companies achieve their goals, building their corporate, consumer and B2B brands and expanding their share of market by initiating and implementing targeted, integrated marketing programs for over 20 years.
In senior management positions at international ad agencies in Europe, Elli acquired experience and several awards for strategic and creative accomplishments. Leading cross-functional teams, she built strategic partnerships and multi-platform marketing & communications programs employing coordinated messaging across diverse media for clients in financial services, consumer credit, telecom, industrial engineering, travel and hospitality. She led the launch of "Qualiflyer", one of the first frequent flyer programs by a European airline, and the highly successful introduction of a new wireless phone company, with acquisition of over 100,000 customers in 3 months. In recent years, Elli built a marketing consultancy in NYC, helping launch an innovative web-based shipping exchange, initiating the US marketing presence for a cutting edge surgical products company and developing corporate brand marketing at an online HR management service.
Educational credits include a BA in commercial art from CUNY, a degree in marketing communications from Swiss Advertising Institute and marketing training at Colgate-Palmolive.
Synthesizing creativity with a hands-on approach to client service, Elli has a reputation for making things happen.

Shelly Laird, VP Strategic Partnerships
A dynamic, results-oriented financial services executive, Shelly Laird joined Ready Funds in April 2007 with the goal of
expanding the scope of customer-driven services by building a network of strategic partnerships.
The winner of several sales awards within Bank of America, Shelly has over 15 years experience in specialty finance - both
tangible and intangible product sales and service - relationship and business development in diverse industries that include retail
sales and electronic and card payment industries.
Prior to joining Ready Funds, Shelly was outsourcing and sales manager at Accent Energy, where she successfully created
a direct sales business model, implemented and maintained channel sales outsourcing relationships,
also initiating highly successful change management program, increasing effectiveness and overall productivity
of sales personnel. In a previous position as VP Sales and Business Development she was not only responsible for
client satisfaction, retention and expansion, but for generating profitable new vendor and client relationships
focused on increased ROI and client satisfaction.
Her diversified background and successful track record as a leader in alliances, equips Shelly with the tools
and personality to initiate the strong relationships that benefit both customers and partners of Ready Funds.
Shelly Laird’s forte is client-focused business development on a large scale.

Eman(Amy)Aziz, Customer Relations Manager
With a background in accounting in the financial institutions field, Eman(Amy)Aziz joined the Ready Funds team in Aug 2007.
As a full service account manager, her primary focus is to manage and enhance relationships with current Ready Funds customers,
develop new opportunities, provide funding assessments, account maintenance and inquiries while ensuring optimum customer service.
Eman has over 9 years of customer service experience, which have helped develop her client relationship building skills.
As part of the Ready Funds team, Eman is committed to providing knowledgeable, supportive service to create confidence with our customers and other members of our team.

Parveen Badwal, Administrative Manager
Parveen Badwal – better known to her many satisfied customers as Stacy Sells - joined the Ready Funds team in 2003. With over 7 years of sales experience, she has become a key asset in the professional service of the Ready Funds team. Stacy was actually one of Ready Funds’ first sales professionals, learning this challenging business from the ground up, with a view to all aspects of the sales process and the all-important service to our customers.
Starting out at the outbound sales end, providing support and quality service to interested merchants, she became adept at managing the myriad details of the operation.
Prior to joining Ready Funds, Stacy (Parveen) had owned and operated a family business. In this way she established and developed a well-rounded background in the multi-faceted responsibilities of managing and growing a small business. It was also ideal preparation for the responsibilities at Ready Funds, whose primary focus is small business. As our Administrative Manager, it is Stacy’s goal to continue to maximize quality and efficiency of service to Ready Funds’ demanding clientele.
